Shipping Policy
We will ship to addresses in the United States ONLY. We will gladly ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the military addresses (APO & FPO). However, we recommend that you upgrade to Standard or Expedited Flat Rate Shipping Service.

Orders will be shipped within 1 business day after we received confirmation of your payment.
Economy shipping will take 1-10 business days depending on your location. If you need your order sooner, please choose Expedited Shipping Service.

Return Policy
Defective products must be reported within 14 days from the ship date.
In case of return or exchange, you must contact us to get an RMA number before sending back the item(s). We will not accept returns without a valid RMA number.
The buyer pays for all return shipping cost.
Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. If the item is shipped free, all returns will incur a .95 restocking fee to cover the shipping & handling fees.
Return must be in the original shipping box, sealed and fully protected.
Damaged products will not be refunded.
Only unopened products are returnable for refund.
