    Description

    Byron B505A Oriental Doll Head Mold from SIMON & HALBIG 1329 Antique Head .
    I can't tell if this mold was ever used.  No signs of slip residue inside mold.
    Usually used on a composition body.  Doll height probably in range of 18" to 23", depending on body used.
    It's hard to get good photos of the inside of molds.  The incised markings on back of head are quite clear, when viewed by eye.  That's actually how I determined what this mold was.  If you would like, I can try to photograph again, perhaps with different lighting and/or different camera.
    The photographs of doll were found on the internet, of a reproduction head.  I do not know who's mold was used.  It is just to show what could be made with this type of mold.  No Doll is Included.
