Your looking at a Rolleicord Twin Lens Reflex Model III.
This camera shows a lot of wear and such.   It does seem to work though.   The taking lens shows some dust but no fungus or anything else that would impede the image.   The shutter is also working and seems to be accurate.   The case is falling apart but maybe you know how to save it.
